Q: What makes Karvo carbon fiber different?

A: We work directly with trusted manufacturers to bring you high-quality dry carbon fiber without the insane markups. No resellers, no middlemen — just clean, legit carbon for real builds.

Q: Are your products made from real dry carbon fiber?

A: Yes — we only use authentic dry carbon fiber, known for its lightweight strength and clean finish. We do not sell wet carbon or overlays unless clearly stated.

Q: Do you offer custom or one-off pieces?

A: At the moment, we offer pre-designed parts only. Custom work may be available in the future — stay tuned on Instagram for updates.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: All sales are final. We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, reach out within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping takes around 3–4 business days, while international orders can take 5–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Just note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours so we can help.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production or en route.
