Our Promise

Every Karvo Carbon part is meticulously manufactured and goes through strict quality checks before it ships. We stand behind what we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not up to standard, we’ll make it right.

Because dry carbon is a handcrafted material, slight variations in weave or finish are normal. If you’re not happy with the quality of your item, contact us and we’ll issue a refund based on the reason.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out right away (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos and your order number, and we’ll evaluate and resolve it fast.

Returns

Since our parts are made to spec for your exact build, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges outside of damage/defect issues — but if there’s ever a problem, we’ve got you covered above. To start a return for a covered issue, CONTACT US. Approved returns ship to: 6920 Tulipan CT, Coral Gables, Florida 33143. We’ll send a return label and instructions once your request is approved — please don’t send items back before requesting a return, as unrequested returns can’t be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take a little longer to post it). Haven’t seen it after 15 business days? Email contact@karvocarbon.com and we’ll track it down.

Exchanges

Want a different item instead? The fastest path is returning your current item and placing a new order once the return is approved. Prefer to swap directly without reordering? CONTACT US — we want you to end up with exactly what your build needs.

Limited Warranty

Every part is backed by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This doesn’t cover wear and tear, misuse, or installation damage. Just send proof of purchase and photos of the issue to file a claim.

Fitment

Every product page lists exact compatible platforms — please double-check fitment before ordering to make sure you’re getting the right part the first time.

Installation

We strongly recommend professional installation. Karvo isn’t liable for damage from improper installation, handling, or modification.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem — orders can be canceled anytime before they ship.

Exceptions

Custom/special-order items and gift cards aren’t eligible for return.
