Chargeback Agreement
Karvo Carbon – Chargeback Prevention & Purchase Agreement
By completing a purchase with Karvo Carbon, the customer acknowledges they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the following terms in addition to all published store policies.
1) Order Authorization
Customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder and expressly approve the transaction amount, products selected, and shipping details.
Karvo Carbon maintains fraud-prevention records including IP address, AVS/CVV verification results, order history, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
2) Aftermarket Product Acknowledgment
All products sold are aftermarket performance components.
Customer understands aftermarket parts may require:

professional installation
-
preparation, alignment, or adjustments
-
transfer or reuse of OEM hardware
Because carbon fiber is hand-crafted, slight variations in weave, gloss, or edge finish are normal and are not considered defects.
3) Opportunity to Verify Compatibility
Compatibility information is provided on product pages.
Customer confirms they had full opportunity to:
-
review vehicle fitment
-
consult installers
-
contact Karvo Carbon for clarification
Purchasing without verification does not qualify as item not as described.
4) Installation Liability
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Karvo Carbon is not responsible for issues resulting from:
-
improper or incomplete installation
-
third-party workmanship
-
modifications
-
misuse or abnormal stress
5) Delivery Confirmation & Acceptance
Upon delivery, customer assumes responsibility to inspect the shipment.
Claims for damage, missing items, or defects must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include photos of:

product
-
packaging
-
shipping label
If not reported within this period, the order is deemed accepted.
6) Final Sale Structure
Due to the nature of performance and carbon fiber products, items are generally final sale.
Returns or refunds may only be considered when:
-
issue is reported within 48 hours
-
approved by Karvo Carbon
-
item remains unused and uninstalled
Unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or chargeback-driven returns will not be accepted.
7) Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom, painted, or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production or sourcing has started.
8) Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment.
Shipment constitutes fulfillment of the transaction.
9) Agreement to Seek Resolution First
Customer agrees to contact Karvo Carbon before initiating any payment dispute.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through replacement parts, technical support, or exchange options.
10) Situations That Do Not Qualify for Disputes
Customer acknowledges the following are not valid reasons for chargebacks:

buyer’s remorse

finding lower pricing elsewhere
-
impatience with lead times
-
installation difficulty
-
aesthetic preference
-
misunderstanding of aftermarket requirements
11) Recovery of Fees
Where permitted, Karvo Carbon reserves the right to recover chargeback penalties, administrative time, and associated collection costs for disputes filed in bad faith.
12) Customer Confirmation
By placing an order, customer confirms they:

✔ verified compatibility
✔ understand professional installation may be necessary
✔ accept natural carbon fiber variation
✔ agree to inspection timelines
✔ will attempt resolution directly with Karvo Carbon
