Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue.
All of our carbon fiber parts are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and go through strict quality checks before shipping. Because dry carbon is a handcrafted material, slight variations in weave or finish may occur and are considered normal. If you aren't happy with the quality of your item please contact us with the issue and we will accept a refund based on the reason.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty
We offer a limited 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, installation damage, or exposure to extreme conditions. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos showing the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled BEFORE they are shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Fitment Responsibility
Please double-check fitment before ordering. We put all of the cars that fit in our products descriptions.
Installation Disclaimer
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Karvo is not liable for any damage caused by improper installation, handling, or modification of parts.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
